Shipping policy

How will my order be shipped?
Our items will be shipped from an external warehouse. You will receive it in a white box or bag, depending on the product you ordered. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We will process your order the same day when you order before 22:00. After that we will send your order, which will take around 5 to 7 working days before it arrives. 

Do you want to return one of our items?
We are sorry to hear that, but you are obviously free to do so. You can return the item within 2 weeks after delivery. The item(s) should be in original packaging and state. E-mail us the issue and we try to help you in any way we can.
